Deer steaks
1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
Kitchen Bouquet browning and seasoning sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Take a meat mallet and pound out the meat to make it tender. Salt and pepper to taste and roll them in flour. Brown each steak but don't have to fully cook. Mix the mushroom soup and Kitchen Bouquet. Put the meat in a crock pot or electric skillet and cook at a lower temp until meat is done for a hour or so. It well be so tender it melts in your mouth.

You can use this for other meats besides deer.
Nanny would put on about 30 to 40 steaks and go to church. When she came home it was so tender you couldn't fork it to remove it from the pot.
