3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup butter
2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp.vanilla
1/3 cup hot milk or cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate and butter into a saucepan. Place over medium heat until melted. Add sugar, salt, vanilla, and milk into mixing bowl and blend. Then beat in chocolate mixture; until thick enough to spread.
