1-1/2 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
6 tbsp. melted butter
3 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese
Oreos (cut up in pieces)
1-1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1 cup hot fudge topping, divided
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and butter. Place in a greased 9 in. springform pan, all over bottom and up to 1 in. around sides.
2. Bake at 350º for 5-7 minutes. Then, let cool.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, 1-1/4 cup of sugar until combined smooth.
4. Take out 1 cup and add 1/2 cup hot fudge to stir well together.
5. Place all but 1/2 cup of crushed oreos into cheesecake and stir in.
6. Place cheesecake on top of crust. With a spoon, add chocolate to many places around cheesecake. Swirl the chocolate around the whole cake without touching the bottom.
7. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
8. Melt the other 1/2 cup of hot fudge and sprinkle it around the top of the cheesecake.
9. Sprinkle the remaining chips over the top.
10. Refrigerate for 8 hours, then serve. Enjoy!
