1 onion, large, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
3 boiled eggs chopped
4 6oz. package corn bread mix or two pans of homemade cornbread
14 biscuits, cooked and crumbled
11 cups chicken broth
6 raw eggs
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 whipping cream
1 stick of butter

1. Cook hen in water with carrots, onion, celery, bay leaf and garlic clove. I ALWAYS TASTE MY BROTH BEFORE I START AND ADD KNORR CHICKEN FLAVOR BOUILLON TO GIVE IT MORE CHICKEN FLAVOR.

2 Cool hen and debone, cut in bit size pieces, drain broth and save.

3. Cook onion and celery in butter until soft

4. Crumble corn bread and biscuit's, add cooked celery, onions and boiled eggs.

5. Mix in broth and raw eggs, chopped green onions and milk, salt, pepper, sugar and poultry seasoning adjust to taste.

6. Pour mixture into two greased 12 X 14 Inc. baking dish bake @350º for 1 hour or until done.
