2-1/2 lbs. Potatoes, peeled, quartered and cooked
1 (3 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 - 3/4 c. Sour Cream
1/4 c. Butter, softened
1/2 t. Garlic Powder, optional
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
In a large bowl, mash the potatoes. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, garlic, salt and pepper; mix until smooth. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 º for 30 minutes or until heated through.

I usually leave out the garlic powder because my kids don't like it.
