2 c. Sugar
1-1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Cocoa
1/2 t. Salt
1 c. Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
2 t. Vanilla
1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped (optional)
3/4 c. Butter
3/4 c. Packed Brown Sugar
1/3 c. Sugar
3 T. Milk
1-1/2 t. Vanilla
1-1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips

Glaze:
1-1/2 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips
1-1/2 T. Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in nuts, if desired. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350º oven for 30 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool completely. For filling, cream butter and sugars in mixing bowl. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Beat in flour. Mix in chocolate chips . Spread over the brownies; chill until firm. For glaze, melt chocolate chips and oil in a saucepan, stirring until smooth. Spread over filling.
