2 lbs. Hashbrowns, partially thawed
1/2 c. Butter
1 t. Salt
1 t. Pepper
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 c. Sour Cream
1 (8 - 12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan and saute onions. Add soup and cheese. Cook over low to medium heat until cheese is melted. Add sour cream. Place hashbrowns in a large bowl. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and mix well. Place in sprayed 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake for about 1 hour at 350º
