2-1/4 c. Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 c. Butter, softened
1/4 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1 (small pkg.) Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 t. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 (12 oz.) Chocolate Chips
1 c. Nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, pudding mix and vanilla in large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
