2 lbs. red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dired thyme
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large zip top freezer bag. Seal bag and shake well to coat potatoes.
2. Arrange potatoes in a greased 13x9 baking dish.
3. Bake uncovered at 450º for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tendered, stirring occasionally.
