4 veal cutlets
2 eggs - beaten
1 - 1 1/2 C seasoned breadcrumbs
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Dip each cutlet into beaten egg until well coated. Then dredge in seasoned breadcrumbs (recipe in this book). Heat oil in frying pan. Cook cutlets over medium heat until done. Drain on paper towels.
