1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar, lightly packed
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 thick center cut pork chops
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250º.
2. Combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
3. Place pork chops in 11x7 (2 quart) baking dish and pour sauce over pork chops.
4. Bake uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
