3 sticks unsalted butter
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups sifted cake flour (I use Swans Down)
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and butter until creamy in large bowl; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; add in flour and whipping cream; stir in vanilla; pour into greased tube pan; bake at 325º for 1 hour 15 minutes - 1 hour 30 minutes; cool completely.
