1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 (3.9 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
4 large eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Cocoa
Chocolate Glaze:
3 (1oz.) unsweetened chocolate baking squares, melted
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. egg substitute
1/4 c. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and beat for 1 minutes until blended.
2. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans.
3. Spoon batter into a well greased 12 c. Bundt pan, dusted lightly with cocoa.
4. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan.
5. Cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
6. Spoon glaze over top of cake.

Directions for Chocolate Glaze:
Combine melted chocolate, sugar and water, beat at medium speed until blended. Gradually add egg substitute and beat until mixture cools. Add 1 tbsp. of butter at a time, beating until blended.
