2 large eggs
1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups oil
1 tsp vinegar
2 oz. red food coloring

Icing:

1 stick butter (soft)
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 box confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese (soft)

Cake:

Cream sugar and oil; add eggs; add dry ingredients and buttermilk; add vinegar, vanilla flavoring and food coloring; bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Icing:

Cream softened butter and cream cheeses; add vanilla flavoring and sugar; add chopped pecans.
