3 cups pinto beans
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/2 pound salt pork
2 medium onions
2 cans tomatoes, chopped, including juice
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans then soak overnight. Finely chop onions, combine all ingredients and simmer until done.

You can also pressure cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes then cook over low heat for one more hours.

Serve with warm tortillas.
