Crust- 1 c flour
1/2 c pecans, chopped
1/2 c butter, softened
Layer 1-
8oz cream cheese,softened
1 c powdered sugar
2 c cool whip
Layer 2
2 pkgs instant chocolate pudding
2 c milk
Layer 3
Cool Whip
chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350º
- Mix crust ingredients together like a pie crust. Pat into a 9' X 13' pan & bake for 15 mn. cool
-Mix layer 2 ingredients together & spread over cooled crust
-Mix choc pudding & milk together until thick & spread over layer 2
-Layer 3, spread cool whip over choc layer & garnish with chopped pecans
-Refrigerate for several hours to overnight before serving
