5 c potatoes
1/2 lb bacon
1 c celery
1/2 onion
2 quarts milk
1 cube butter
6 Tbsp flour
2 cans clams
1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes half way through total cooking process. Fry the bacon and pat it dry. Cook celery and onion in clam juice. Make the white sauce by melting the utter, adding the flour to it and cooking the mixture for 2 minutes. Add milk, salt, pepper and cook TTL thick. Add potatoes, vegetables, clams and sour cream. To finish cook the mixture a final 15 minutes and serve.
