1 8oz cream cheese
1/2 c Thousand Island dressing
1 can (4oz) corned beef
2 c bag shredded Swiss cheese, divided
2 c sauerkraut

-Preheat oven to 350º
-Mix together cream cheese, dressing, corned beef, 2/3 c Swiss cheese & sauerkraut
- Place in baking dish, top with remaining cheese & bake until bubbly
-Spread on crackers of your choice, while still warm

I have also used this recipe to make sandwiches. Spread the mixture on rye bread, and fry or bake like a grilled cheese. Very good!
