1 c softened butter
1 8oz cream cheese
1-1/2 c sugar
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
4 large eggs
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 c frozen or fresh berries of your choice dusted with 2 tbsp of flour

-Preheat oven to 350º Line muffin pan with paper liners, or spray with nonstick cooking spray
-Beat together butter, cream cheese, sugar &vanilla
-Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each
-In separate bowl combine dry ingredients, add to butter mix gradually.
-Fold in berries, gently, spoon into muffin cups
-Bake for 20-25 mn
