1 (15 oz) can of corn
1 (15 oz) can of black-eyed peas
1 (15oz) can of black beans
7 green onions, finely chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and diced
1 - 2 jalapeņo peppers
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 - 1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
Tortilla Chips

Directions:

Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl, stir well. Pour salad dressing over mixture, toss gently. Cover and chill thoroughly. Toss again before serving. Garnish, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
