1 (6 oz.) Orange Jello
2-1/2 c. Boiling Water
(11 oz.) Mandarin Oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) Crushed Pineapple, undrained
1 (6 oz.) Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed

Topping:
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. Cold Milk
1 (3.4 oz.) Instant Vanilla Pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Stir in oranges, pineapple and orange juice. Put in 13 x 9 inch dish. Refrigerate until firm. Beat cream cheese until light. Gradually add milk and pudding; beat until smooth. Spread over jello. Chill until firm.
