1 jar Vita herring bits
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 white onion
1/4 green pepper
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 pkg Uneeda biscuits
1/4 cup sugar

Chop herring into small pieces, then add in other ingredients one at a time and continue chopping until all are coarsely chopped. Mix together and leave in fridge a day before serving
