1 Gallon Sauerkraut
2 lbs Bacon
1 can Beef Broth
2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes
2 sm. Cans Mushrooms
1 Lrg. Onion (chopped)
1 Can “Durkee” French fried onions
2 Lrg. Bags Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp, set aside. Drain and rinse kraut, set aside.
In 2-3 Tbls, of bacon grease, sauté onion and mushrooms until lightly browned.
In a 9 x 13 mix kraut, tomatoes, onions & mushrooms, top with crumbled bacon. Pour beef broth over all and bake for 20 minutes @ 375*.
Remove from oven and sprinkle Durkee onions and cheese on top. Place under broiler long enough to melt cheese and slightly brown.
