1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup shortening
1-1/2 brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
24 mini Reece Cups
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, shortening, eggs, vanilla, salt, brown sugar, powder, flour, and milk until smooth.
2. Fill each cupcake holder 1/3 full.
3. Add a mini Reece Cup into the batter.
4. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
