Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 Chicken breast with skin on
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
5 c of all purpose flour
1 small onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender. Remove chicken without draining your water. After chicken cools, pick off the bone in small pieces and set aside. Add flour into a large bowl and scoop out fat juice on top of water and add to flour until you can form flour into a big ball to roll out. If you don't have enough fat juice then add a little of your chicken broth. Roll out on a floured surface the thickness of a pie shell. Take a pizza cutter and roll strips across and up & down to make little squares. Add your soups, chicken, salt pepper and onion to the broth, bring to a boil then add slowly your dumplings. Once you have added all your dumplings turn heat down to medium low and continue to cook for about 20-30 minutes.
