Ingredients:  
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter or (Butter Crisco)
6 bananas (the riper the better)
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter. Add bananas & eggs alternating. Mix dry ingredients and blend with banana mixture. Pour into 2 grease loaf pans. Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour at 350º.

I don't mash the bananas, I just throw chunks in the bowl and let the mixer mash them a few at a time.
