1 Packaged Pork Tenderloin (I like Hormel)
Garlic Salt
Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
White Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place tenderloin in a baking dish. Salt, pepper and garlic salt your tenderloin to taste (I like to use a heavy hand for this step). Pour wine into baking dish till you have about 1/4 inch of liquid. Bake approx. 40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the tenderloin reaches 150-160 degrees. Allow tenderloin to rest a minute before slicing.
