Crust:
1-1/2 c. Flour
3/4 c. Butter, softened
5 T. Sugar

Cream Layer:
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
15 T. Sugar
1 t. Vanilla
2 c. Cool Whip

Fruit Layer:
1 (16 oz.) frozen Raspberries, thawed, reserving juice
Water
1 (4 oz.) Raspberry Danish Junket Dessert

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour, butter and sugar; pat into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake until light brown, 12-15 min. Cool. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; blend in cool whip. Spread on crust. Add enough water to raspberry juice to make 1-3/4 cups; add Junket and cook until thick. Let partially cool, then fold in berries. Spread on top of cream layer. Refrigerate.
