Layer 1:
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Layer 2:
1 pkg. (8-oz) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 med. containter cool whip

Layer 3:
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. corn starch
1 box peach Jello
fresh peaches
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter, sugar, and nuts. Press into a 9x13" pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip and put on crust layer. Mix sugar, water, corn starch and cook until thick. Stir in Jello. Cool. Add fresh peaches. Put that over cream cheese layer.
