1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
1 (6 oz.) Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 1/4 c. Cold Milk
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) Crushed Pineapple
1/2 c. Pecans, chopped
1/2 c. Coconut
1/2 c. Maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake according to package directions. Pour into greased 10 x 15 jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated oven 350º until done, 15 - 20 min. Cool in pan. Blend pudding mix with milk, beat in cream cheese. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle drained pineapple over pudding. Spread cool whip over cake. Sprinkle with coconut. Top with pecans and cherries to garnish.
