1 pkg Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
3/4 c water
3/4 c sour cream
1-1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 c salsa
Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 400º
-Prepare Mac & Cheese as directed, stir in sour cream
-Brown meat, add taco seasoning & water, simmer for 5 mn
-Spoon 1/2 of mac & cheese into bottom of a 8" square pan, layer of meat, 1 c cheese
- Layer again, cover and bake for 15 mn
- Top with salsa & remaining cheese
-Bake uncovered for 5 mn or until cheese is melted
