2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 t. Salt
1 T. Sugar
1 t. Vanilla
Cinnamon

2 T. Butter
4 Slices Bread
(White, Texas Toast or French works best)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients, except butter. Heat skillet until a drop of water sizzles in pan. Melt butter in pan. Dip bread into egg mixture, to coat both sides, and place in skillet. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Flip when bread gets golden. Brown other side. Serve immediately with syrup or fruit topping.
