1 3/4 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c of solid shortening
1/2 c peanut butter
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 bag of Hershey kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix at low speed until dough forms. Shape dough into balls, using a rounded teaspoon full of dough. Roll balls in additional sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-12 min until golden brown. Remove from oven. Top each hot cookie with a milk chocolate candy kiss, pressing down so cookie cracks around the edge.
