1/2 t. Salt
1/4 c. Cocoa
1 t. Vanilla Extract
1 c. Water
1/3 c. Oil
1 T. Vinegar
1-1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Sugar
1 t. Baking Soda
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1/3 c. Sugar
1 Egg
1/8 t. Salt
1 (6 oz. pkg.) Chocolate Chips
Frosting:
2/3 c. Chocolate Chips
2 T. Peanut Butter
2 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cupcake ingredients together. Fill 18 baking cups half full. Mix all filling ingredients, except chocolate chips. Mix well, and stir in chocolate chips. Drop a Tablespoon of filling into center of each baking cup. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool. Melt all frosting ingredients and mix well. Spread over cupcakes. Frosting will harden when set.
