1 pkg. Yellow Butter Cake Mix
1/3 c. Oil
2 Eggs
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips
1 c. Vanilla Milk Chips
3 Heath Bars, broken in pieces
1/2 c. Caramels, unwrapped
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk

Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, chocolate chips, vanilla milk chips and Heath bar pieces. Mix well (mixture will be thick). Press half of mixture into bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. In saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, caramels and milk until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally. Slowly pour over partially baked crust. Top with remaining cake mixture. Bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes at 350º or until top is set and edges are a deep golden brown. Cool and store in refrigerator.
