2c. sugar
2c. kayro syrup
1 stick butter
2 half pints cream
Marshmallow cut in half
Wax paper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar and kayro syrup to 245º on candy thermometer. Turn down and add butter and cream alternately in very small amounts. When you've added all of it, boil back up to 242º. Remove from heat. Pour on warm buttered cookie sheet. Cut into squares. Wrap around 1/2 of a marshmallow and then wrap in wax paper.

These are absolutely delicious. I made these when we lived in Ohio. They have another name, but I can't remember it. It starts with a M.
