2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
2 tbsp.. milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp.. chopped fresh parsley
1 lb. crab meat, canned or fresh
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce to taste

2 tbsp.. chopped chives
1/3 cup slivered blanched almonds(optional)

In an ovenproof dish, combine the cream cheese, milk, onion, salt & pepper, parsley, crabmeat,, Tabasco & Worcestershire sauces and chives. Blend well. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly. If using almonds,sprinkle them over the mixture before serving. Keep the crab meat warm in a chafing dish or on an electric hot tray.

Serve with crackers, miniature rye brad or fresh vegetables.
