1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery soup
8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
3 Tbs. water
3 green onions, diced
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 lb crab

Directions:
Directions:
Combine gelatin with 3Tbs water and let stand five minutes. Over low heat combine Cream of Celery soup with gelatin mixture, stir as gelatin dissolves. Add cream cheese, stir, add mayonnaise. Add chopped celery and diced onions. Add crab last and thoroughly mix. Pour into mold and refrigerate until it hardens (3 to 4 hours). Gently run warm water over hardened mold and quickly turn upside down on plate or serving dish. Garnish with lettuce, lemon slices. (Optional: tomato slices). Serve with crackers.
