Presidents Choice (P/C) Puff Pastry or any other puff pastry
Schneiders Mini Sizzlers sausages

Defrost puff pastry. If using P/C puff pastry you don’t need to roll out otherwise roll out pastry till 1/8” thick. Only partially defrost the sausages as you need to remove the skins. It’s easiest to slice the sausages lengthwise and just peel back. Lay skinless sausages at one end of the pastry and roll about 1 ½-2 times ensuring you are overlapping the pastry at the end. Slice the pastry and dampen the end with water to seal the edges together. Repeat with the leftover pastry and sausages. Cut the sausages about 1 ½” long. Bake at 375 degrees on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet for approx. 10-12 min. or until lightly browned
