1 lb of beef stew meat
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can drained mushrooms
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 cup of Ginger Ale
Serve hot over cooked rice or boiled noodles

Directions:
Layer in this order in Dutch oven pan. Cook at 300º oven for 3 hours.

Can also be used in crock pot! Serve over rice or noodles.

Easy! I serve this over rice in a bowl with a little splash of Worcestershire sauce.
