1 c sugar
5 tbsp butter
1/3 c milk
1/2- 3/4 c chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Boil first 3 ingredients for 1 mn ( full boil)
-remove from heat and add choc chips
-stir until chips melted and frosting is slightly thickened
-frost cake or cupcakes and enjoy!!
