1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
optional-(1/2 cup pecans, walnuts, etc.)
3-4 tbsp. Baileys or any Irish Cream
3 tsp. milk
4 tbsp. melted butter
1-1/2 cups to 2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium sauce pan, combined 1/2 cup butter sugar until boiling.
2. Turn off heat and add chips, vanilla, and eggs.
3. Once smooth, stir in flour, soda, and salt.
4. Stir. then add nuts if desired and stir.
5. Then, place in a greased brownie pan. Bake at 350 º for about 20-25 minutes.
6. Poke holes all over the brownies. Then sprinkle Irish Cream over the top, evenly.
7. While, this is cooling, make the frosting.
8. In a mixing bowl, mix butter, milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar together until smooth. Extra milk may be needed to make it smooth.
9. Frost brownies.
10. Chocolate chips can be melted to sprinkle on the top of the frosting! This makes it look so great!
