Combine in blender:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp melted butter
Pinch of salt
1-1/2 Tbsp sugar

After combining, let stand 30 minutes (can refrig for 2 days). Use nonstick 8 or 10 inch pan coated with a little butter. Pour in enough batter to cover bottom of pan. Let crepe litely brown and turn over: ditto
Stack crepes in layer with wax paper between. Use right away or wrap and freeze for another day.
