Flank steak, pounded thin
Crisco
minced garlic fine bread crumbs, Italian flavored
grated cheese
Fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Lay steak on board-spread steak with Crisco. Add bread crumbs and all seasonings- spread evenly on steak.

Roll steak tightly --tie with string(cord).

Lightly brown in frying pan or oven. Put in sauce for rest of cooking.
