8 slices of bread, cubed
4 oz. cheese, cubed
1 cup ham, cubed
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion flakes
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º grease a deep dish(9x13) and put in half of bread cubes. Place cubed cheese and ham over the bread. Add the remaining bread.

Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together. Add onion. Pour mixture over bread, ham and cheese. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 45 min. or until set.
