2 (14 oz. each) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. parmesan cheese (cheap stuff is fine)
1 c. (or more) shredded cheese (I use italian blend, or whatever happens to be on hand)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (I actually use half mayo and half sour cream)
garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and parsley to taste
1 pkg. pita bread

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop the artichokes - I like smaller pieces. In a bowl, combine the artichokes and all other ingredients. Spoon into a medium-sized corningware dish. Sprinkle with paprika and the parsley flakes and top with extra shredded cheese.
Bake at 450º in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
Serve immediately with toasted pita triangles or use pita chips.
