3 C. OLD FASHIONED OATMEAL
1 ½ C. FLOUR
1 C. BUTTER MELTED
1 C. BROWN SUGAR

SYRUP/FILLING

3 C. WATER
2 C. SUGAR
½ C. CORN STARCH
2 tsp.. CINNAMON
1 tsp.. VANILLA
4 C. RHUBARB CHOPPED FRESH

CRUST: COMBINE AND PRESS INTO 9 X 13 PAN RESERVING ABOUT ½ CUP FOR THE TOP. SYRUP FILLING: COOK WATER, SUGAR, CORNSTARCH, AND CINNAMON UNTIL THICK. ADD RHUBARB AND COOK 2 MINUTES MORE. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD VANILLA. POUR OVER CRUST. SPRINKLE RESERVED CRUST OVER TOP. BAKE WITH A PAN OR ALUMINUM FOIL ON RACK BELOW AT 350 FOR 40 TO 50 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLY.
