4 bananas
grated rind and juice of 1 orange
2 Tbsp. dark run
50g brown sugar
30g butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and slice the bananas (thick slices) and place in a heat proof serving dish.

2. Pour the orange juice and run over the sliced bananas then sprinkle with the sugar and grated rind from the orange.

3. Cut the butter into small cubes and place on top of the bananas.

4. Cover with foil and place in a pre-heated 180º oven for 15 minutes.

5. Serve warm with fresh cream or vanilla ice cream.

Brandy or sweet Spanish dessert wine may be used instead of rum.

If you are counting calories, use natural yogurt instead of the cream.
