1 STICK UNSALTED BUTTER SOFTENED
½ C. CHOPPED PECANS
2 T. SUGAR



1ST LAYER

1 (8 ounce) CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
1 C. POWDERED SUGAR
2 (8 ounce) CONTAINER COOL WHIP--DIVIDED



2ND. LAYER

2 (3 ounce) PACKAGES INSTANT PUDDING (pistachio is what Aunt Elaine used)
3 C. MILK


THIRD LAYER: HALF OF COOL WHIP AND CHOPPED NUTS

CRUST: MIX TOGETHER AND PRESS INTO 9 X 13 PAN. BAKE AT 350 FOR 10 MIN. COOL.

FIRST LAYER: BLEND CREAM CHEESE AND BUTTER TOGETHER FIRST THEN ADD HALF OF THE COOL WHIP.

SECOND LAYER: MIX WITH ELECTRIC MIXER. POUR OVER 1ST LAYER.

THIRD LAYER: PUT REMAINING CONTAINER OF COOL WHIP ON TOP OF 2ND LAYER. SPRINKLE WITH NUTS OF CHOICE.
