3/4 c flour
1-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
sift above ingredients together
3 eggs
1 c sugar
3/4 c pumpkin
Filling- 1/2 c whipping cream
4oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c powdered sugar

-Beat eggs and sugar until thick (5mn), beat in pumpkin then add flour mix.
Beat just until combined. -Pour into 2 8-1/2" greased round pans. -Bake at 375º for 16-18 mn
-Filling- beat whipping cream to soft peaks, beat cream cheese until smooth, & add powdered sugar. -Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mix.
-Spread on top off 1 of the cooled cake layers, and top with other layer.
-Chocolate Cream Icing- in small pan bring 1/2 c whipping cream just to boil. -Pour over 1 c semi-sweet choc chips. Let stand 5 mn, then stir until smooth.- Cool 15mn,then pour over top of cake.
-Cool cake for at least 1 hour. -Store in refrigerator
